Cut a small circle of poster board or card stock and hot glue 2 layers of the streamer to the paper.Paint the candle stick and remove the brass insert.
Paint the eyes and teeth on a piece of copy paper and cut to fit inside the eyes and mouth.
Use a screw inside the center of the pumpkin to secure it through the streamer into the candle stick.
I use self-adhesive felt for the bottom of the stand.
USE A BATTERY tea light. A real candle will catch the whole thing on fire. As you can see, there is no limit to what you create!
